Tasmanian Landscapes: Inspired by the Glover Prize
Entries closed on Friday for the Glover Prize. Named after the British painter who found fame painting the Southern island state, the prize celebrates contemporary landscape paintings of the apple isle. The award is open to entrants from all over the world, and is one of Australia's most significant art prizes. It's aim is to stimulate conversations about the meaning and possibilities expressed in the words landscape, painting and Tasmania.
