Pantone's Colour of the Year for 2020 was announced last month, and we're in for a year of calming, dusky blue. Classic blue is a restful colour, in contrast with last year's Living Coral, an energetic hue that powered us through 2019. According to Pantone, this shade of blue "instils calm, confidence, and connection. An enduring blue hue that highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era."
