Kim is a Fine Artist based in the Blue Mountains of Sydney, who specialises in drawing as well as acrylic and oil painting.
In 2004, Kim was awarded the College of Fine Arts Scholarship from the University of New South Wales and has spent over a decade honing her artistic skills there as well as at the National Art School. Her style is realist in nature and she is often drawn to using a bold, dramatic palette to create striking and emotionally charged works.
Kim teaches privately from her studio, exhibits with the Blue Mountains Artist Network and sells her work both locally and internationally. She finds art to be a meaningful way to process and connect with various aspects of her world. Unique personalities and places provide endless inspiration for her creations. Creating lasting memories of significant events, locations and loved ones is something she takes great delight in making for her clients. Additionally, Kim loves to create large, abstract works for home decor.
She currently resides in the idyllic Blue Mountains with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
