I feel incredibly fortunate to have been involved in the Art industry for over 30 years. I started out at 17 studying Commercial Art and on completion I got a job as a Graphic Designer.
At the age of 28, I was approached to be an Artist’s Assistant to established Artist Jeff Gilberthorpe. I have been blessed with 10 years of invaluable training with him, not only working on his large scale paintings, but I also gaining the ins and out of running an Art Gallery, organising International and National Exhibitions and dealing with high profile clients.
Starting my own path I am still drawn to working on larger canvases and Acrylic paint as a result of working with Jeff for a decade. I am currently working on a Classical elements series as I just love to create pieces that showcase nature or natural products in an artistic way.
