This tree felled by wind and raint seemed to me like a prizefighter struggling to push back upright.
Eventually having adapted to it’s new orientation it is filling the cleared space with new growth and reclaiming it’s prize of sunlight.
I was captivated by the colours of the trunk and it’s struggle to eventually regain it’s former dominance.
I felt that this silent battle was something worth portraying.
Sides are painted ,Signed in full on back.
