She has travelled to many countries over the years to paint and view the work of past and present masters. In turn, she is now driven to create a visual response to that which inspires her.
Today, Jenny works as a full-time artists and teacher from her Bayside art studio.
She is currently working with Resin and experimenting with the vast boundaries this medium has to offer. Her journey with resin as an art medium began with works executed on custom made round boards and canvas. From there, lending on her experience as a wood/metal craft teacher and her love of art and mixing mediums. Has now birthed her new creative series, RRR Furniture. Furniture pieces are chosen for their unique architecture and their potential metaphorphosis. Each piece once rescued, is lovingly restored, reinvented and adorned with a piece of Resin Art that is one of a kind and unique to that piece. All these elements together are what make these pieces not just furniture, but also a juxtaposition of function, form and flare. Surrealismโs, Dali, Man Ray and Duchamp are all a great influences on her style and belief that; not all needs to be as we know it.
Private collections of her work are held in Greece, Singapore,
Canada, United Kingdom and Brazil.
