Abundance - original oil painting (framed) by Eve Sellars
THE INSPIRATION
I have attempted to capture the quintessential landscape of arid Australia following a drought-breaking rain. The stark beauty of this countryside is all about those colours - burnt orange, silvery blue and bronzed green. My painting aims to take you there - to feel the sunshine on your face and smell new rivers running.
I am also delighted to announce that the Bluethumb team have featured this painting in their curated collection "Framed For Your Leisure" which can be found here:

. . . ABOUT THE ARTIST
Having enjoyed a lifetime of creativity and expression, it’s no surprise Eve’s paintings are proving so popular with collectors, with over 120 original artworks sold in the last two years. Eve captures the essence of the gardens in our local neighbourhoods and parks, making her art relatable and unpretentious. She interprets her subject with sensitivity and love, and prefers the viewer “feel” rather than “see”.
Eve leads an unconventional life in her off-grid home in central Victoria with hubby, dogs and a gorgeously prolific vegetable garden and orchard, and spends most days at the easel.
