Seeing the World in Patterns

We interviewed our best selling artist Sophie Lawrence in our latest blog, who is best known for her distinctively patterned landscapes and botanical artworks. The art element of pattern refers to the repetition of shapes or objects to create a harmonious work of art. Sophie's use of pattern is as fun as it is eye-catching, and many other Bluethumb artists utilise pattern to depict the world they see.
This curation of abstractions shows the world around us... but not as you know it.
