ABSTRACT painting that gives the impression of soothing ocean waves lapping in to soft sandy beach with slow easy waves creating crests of white.. The intricate mosaic pattern within the tonal green hues and tones of teal and aquamarine and deep blue hues and the glimmering metallics adds added interest and intrigue. The water seems to sparkle like jewels. The copper helps the warer look like churning waters on the shore... The closer you get to the painting the more of the interesting details and patterns you can see. Metallics add an extra depth because the painting changes personality when one views from different angles. although it is an impressionistic abstract, it still has a sense of motion of waves moving and frothing white!
