Celebrating NAIDOC Week

Each July, NAIDOC Week events are held across Australia to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life. This week is a wonderful opportunity to support The week is a wonderful opportunity to support our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. This year's NAIDOC theme is Heal Country. Country is inherent to the identity of Indigenous communities; Healing Country means embracing First Nationโ€™s cultural knowledge and understanding of Country as part of Australia's national heritage. We've transformed the front areas of our galleries in Adelaide and Melbourne with incredible works from our Indigenous art centre partners.
